Payment Alternatives

We offer alternative payment methods as part of our service.  Please contact your broker to discuss what is right for you and your business.

Instalment Billing
Many of our clients prefer the option to pay their insurance premium in monthly or quarterly instalments.  Should you wish to use this payment option we can arrange this on your behalf. Visit the Rothbury Premium Funding team page for more information about this facility.

Direct Credit
If you would like to pay by direct credit, you can deposit the money directly into our bank account: Rothbury Insurance Brokers 01-0961-0105071-029.

Please note: Include your full name and Client Reference Number as references, so we can match your payment with our records. Your Client Reference Number is displayed on the remittance slip of your invoice next to ‘Our Ref’ beginning with CL… or on the remittance slip alongside ‘Client Number’.

Credit Card
We also accept payment by Visa or MasterCard.  A convenience fee of 2.2% of the total payment amount will be applied to this method of payment.  A minimum convenience fee of $3.00 applies.  We do not receive any income from the convenience fee.

Please note: You will need your Client Reference Number and credit card at hand.  Your Client Reference Number is displayed on the remittance slip of your invoice next to ‘Our Ref’ beginning with CL… or on the remittance slip of your statement alongside ‘Client Number’.
