Russell joined the insurance industry in 1993 and started with Rothbury in 2021. He has worked extensively with a wide range of clients ranging from domestic and commercial to major corporates, his primarily focus is large and SME commercial clients. Russel likes working with people, getting to know his clients and building trust is important to him. This rapport helps him understand his clients’ needs and in turn find effective risk solutions.

Outside of work you will find him mountain biking with his sons, running (he has done many stage races, ultra marathons and even more marathons), fishing, camping and being outdoors with his family.
