Lois joined the insurance industry in 1986 and started with Rothbury in 2021. She works with a wide range of clients including those in the domestic space, small to medium businesses, high net worth clients, as well as supporting the lead broker on some large corporate accounts. She is extremely passionate about providing a high level of service and securing the best outcome for her clients. Her industry experience allows her to utilise both logic and creative problem solving. Remaining flexible to meet the specific needs of her clients is one of her core strengths.

As a keen traveller Lois likes discovering new local locations and looks forward to getting back to some international travel soon. She also might be found reading or enjoying time with her grandchildren. For Lois being close to the sea is also an added bonus as this allows her to participate in activities on her boat.
