Afton Wirihana-Gosai started in the insurance industry in 2020 and joined Rothbury in 2025. She works with both commercial and domestic clients.

With a strong sense of empathy and understanding, she brings a positive, client-focused approach to every situation and prides herself on her willingness to help and always finding something to smile about. 

She holds a Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance and is looking forward to expanding her industry knowledge by learning from those around her.

Outside of work, Afton enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially during games nights on the PS5, watching animé, and singing — something she really loves.

Living in the Waikato is a food lover’s dream for Afton, who appreciates the wide variety of dining options compared to her hometown of Marton — and of course, being able to support the Chiefs. 

A passionate rugby fan, she loves attending live matches, whether it’s the Chiefs or the All Blacks.
