Andrew began his insurance career in 2021 and joined Rothbury in 2025. In his role as Commercial Broker Support, he primarily works with Commercial clients, bringing a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-centric approach to everything he does.He holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Mathematics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Mathematics with Distinction, and a Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance. Andrew has also completed actuarial exams in Probability, Business Finance, and Business Economics through the Society of Actuaries and the Actuaries Institute of Australia.

Andrew is looking forward to learning more about the insurance industry and helping clients get the best cover for their needs.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family — including his sister, mum, and nephews — and has a keen interest in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, although he’s currently taking a break due to injury. Based in Taupō, he loves the welcoming environment and the opportunity to be close to family.

Fun fact: Andrew is currently the only male in an office of 8 – 9 ladies, which adds a unique dynamic to his workday!
