Ashley commenced her career in the insurance industry in 2023 and joined Rothbury in 2024. She supports both Commercial and Domestic clients, bringing a broad skill set to her role, including effective time management, prioritisation, active listening, and strategic problem-solving.

In her current position as Commercial Broker Support/​Team Leader for Domestic and Claims at the Capital City branch, Ashley is committed to fostering team development, enhancing client service delivery, and continuously expanding her professional capabilities.

She holds the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) with a specialisation in General Insurance and brings valuable experience from previous roles in administration, dental nursing, and hospitality management.

Ashley is deeply passionate about her work and considers Rothbury more than just a workplace — it is an environment that motivates her to grow, contribute meaningfully, and embrace continuous learning.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ashley enjoys long walks, gaming on her PlayStation, and spending quality time with her family and beloved cat. An avid space enthusiast, she has a passion for stargazing through her telescope and is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her new Golden Retriever Puppy. She also appreciates exploring Wellington’s scenic bush walks and discovering great local coffee spots.
