Hayden started in the insurance industry in 2005 and joined Rothbury in 2023. He is friendly, easy going and gets along with everyone he meets. Hayden is keen to build long lasting relationships with his client base, and will always go the extra mile to ensure each client gets a bespoke insurance solution that’s perfect for them. He prides himself on his adaptability and his ability to think outside the box. Hayden is an ANZIIF Senior Associate, holds his Level 5 qualification in Financial Advice and has a strong background in underwriting and risk surveying.

When he’s away from the office, Hayden can usually be found at his local Pub Quiz night or walking along the coast somewhere in Long Bay Regional Park. Living on the Shore, he loves the beach lifestyle and getting out onto the water in the City of Sails! Hayden is a huge cricket fan and regularly goes to watch the test cricket. Having been an exchange student when at school, he speaks great French and has visited France 4 time since then. Hayden volunteers for local conservation groups and has recently taken up business house lawn bowls!
