Hayden started in the insurance industry in 2005 and joined Rothbury in 2023. With experience in Underwriting, Risk Surveying and Broking, he brings a well-rounded understanding of the insurance landscape. His client base is spread across a number of industries including building owners, tradespeople, hospitality, and manufacturing. He takes pride in building strong relationships and supporting a wide range of clients as their businesses grow and evolve. He prides himself on his adaptability and his ability to think outside the box. Hayden is an ANZIIF Senior Associate, holds his Level 5 qualification in Financial Advice and has a strong background in underwriting and risk surveying.

When he’s away from the office, Hayden can usually be found at his local Pub Quiz night or walking along the coast somewhere in the East Coast Bays. Living on the Shore, he loves the beach lifestyle and getting out onto the water in the City of Sails! Hayden is a bit of a sports nut and a big follower of a number of teams including Black Caps, Manchester United and the New York Mets. Hayden volunteers for local conservation groups and has recently taken up business house lawn bowls!
