Jacob began his insurance career in 2021 and joined Rothbury in 2025. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and sales, he brings a strong client-focused approach to his work. Jacob holds a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) in General Insurance and works with a diverse range of clients, including Commercial, Domestic, Rural, and Not-for-Profit sectors. He’s known for his clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and attention to detail, always striving to provide accurate advice and excellent service.

Jacob is looking forward to embracing new challenges, connecting with clients and team members, and focusing on opportunities in the Whakatāne region.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys the natural beauty of New Zealand and loves having its best features right at his doorstep. A proud dog owner, he shares his life with three dogs and enjoys spending time outdoors.
