Kern started his insurance career in 2019 and joined Rothbury in 2026. Specialising in Domestic insurance, he is passionate about building strong, long-lasting client relationships and helping clients find practical solutions to their insurance needs. His strengths include relationship building, emotional intelligence, critical and analytical thinking, and creative problem solving. Known for taking initiative and being accountable, Kern enjoys working closely with clients to understand their circumstances and achieve the best possible outcomes. Kern is excited about continuing to learn, solving problems, and helping grow the high-net-worth segment. 

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children, learning new skills, travelling, and following Formula 1. He loves the local beaches and having easy access to everything he needs. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him cooking low-and-slow barbecue or distilling his own gin.
