Lilian Tubb began her career in the financial industry in 2016 and joined Rothbury in 2025. She brings extensive experience across customer service, banking, and relationship management, and is known for her empathetic approach and genuine commitment to helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their insurance decisions.

Lilian has the Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance, complementing her academic background, which includes a bachelor’s in science, specialised in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Master’s degree in Marketing. A dedicated lifelong learner, she values continuous growth and believes that staying curious is essential to delivering exceptional advice and service.

Outside of work, Lilian enjoys life in beautiful Wanaka with her family. She loves cheering on her boys at their band performances, attending local gigs, playing tennis, practicing yoga, and walking the family’s black Labrador, Evie, along the beautiful Wanaka lake.
