Natalie began her career in the insurance industry in March 2021 and joined Rothbury in 2025. She started out as a domestic broker and later moved into a commercial broker support role, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both areas. Natalie holds a Level 5 qualification and brings nearly five years of insurance experience. She’s known for being honest, friendly, and solution-focused in her approach to client service.

Natalie is looking forward to expanding her commercial insurance knowledge and building long-lasting relationships with both clients and new colleagues.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys socialising with friends over food and drinks, going for walks along the beach, and bike rides. Living in Otago, she especially loves the coast, beaches, and harbour — St Clair being a favourite spot. A fun fact: Natalie grew up in Dunedin, spent half her life living in the UK, and returned home in 2020.”
