Sama began his insurance career in 2012 and joined Rothbury in 2024 as part of an acquisition, Austinsure. With expertise in Aviation and Commercial products, he brings a wealth of knowledge, adaptability, and exceptional customer service. Holding both a pilot’s license and a Level 5 General Insurance certificate, Sama is always seeking new opportunities to grow within the business and the industry.

Outside of work, Sama stays active by playing 5‑a-side football and spending quality time with family and friends. He loves Auckland for its diverse culture, markets, and festivals. A fun fact about Sama: he flew solo before he drove solo — at just 16 years old!
