Valerie began her insurance journey with Rothbury in 2024. With five years in Financial Services, she brings strong customer service, relationship-building, and organisation skills to her role. She provides efficient, high-quality service to small and medium enterprises and holds a Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance.

Outside of work, Valerie enjoys staying active with Les Mills classes, travelling, and camping. She loves Tairāwhiti’s lifestyle, beaches, countryside, and community. A dedicated supporter of the local surf scene, she enjoys watching competitions with her partner and has previously served as a Surf Life Saving NZ official.
