Caroline began her insurance career in 2021 and joined Rothbury in 2024. Specialising in Domestic clients, she has developed strong communication and relationship-building skills. Caroline enjoys connecting with new people and underwriters and holds her Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance as well as a Diploma in Public Relations.

Outside of work, Caroline loves spending time with her family, heading to the beach, and taking off on camping adventures. She appreciates Waikato for its scenic lakes, rivers, and bird-filled walking trails. Born in Germany to Spanish parents and raised in South Africa, she is enjoying the chance to explore more of New Zealand’s beauty. Caroline also has open-water and advanced diving certifications!
