Chris worked in HR in a number of different industries prior to joining Rothbury in 2007. In 2023, Chris moved from her Senior Business Partner role to Head of Organisational Development, where she has responsibility for: among other things, the Learning & Development Team, and planning and developing initiatives to build capability within the business and to sustain a positive and healthy company culture.
