Emily started her insurance career with Covi Insurance in 2023 and joined Rothbury in 2026 as a Commercial Broker Support. Known for her reliability, teamwork, and supportive approach, she is committed to delivering excellent service and building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. With a background in customer service and client support, along with a degree in Communications, Emily brings strong interpersonal and communication skills to her role. She is passionate about continuing to develop her industry knowledge and expanding her experience within the insurance sector.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her pets, as well as travelling, shopping, and making the most of sunny days. She also enjoys playing netball and values the teamwork and social connections the sport provides. Emily loves living close to both the beach and city life, giving her the best of both worlds.
