Garima began her insurance career in 2023 and joined Rothbury in 2026, focusing on delivering tailored insurance solutions to commercial clients. She brings a strong ability to build and maintain meaningful business relationships, supported by sound market knowledge and a proactive approach to business development. With strengths in negotiation, financial insight, and client engagement, Garima works closely with organisations to help them understand their risk landscape and implement insurance programmes that protect their assets, operations, and revenue.

Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in policy analysis and coverage interpretation, risk assessment, client needs analysis, renewal strategy, insurer negotiations, and claims advocacy. Her technical knowledge spans liability, property, business interruption, and other core commercial insurance products, enabling her to provide well-structured and practical advice aligned to each client’s objectives.

Outside of work, Garima enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, Sparrow. She loves being outdoors, going for walks, hitting the slopes for snowboarding in winter, and relaxing with a good book.
