Haidee started her career in the insurance industry in 2019 and joined Rothbury the same year. She specialises in working with commercial clients and brings a client-centric, empathetic approach to her role. Haidee enjoys problem-solving and finding effective solutions, and she is looking forward to leading a team of committed insurance professionals while building meaningful relationships with clients. She also holds a New Zealand Level 5 Certificate in Financial Advice.

Outside of work, Haidee loves spending time with her husband and daughter, cooking, fishing, and walking her Labrador, Merlin. Living in Rotorua, she values the strong sense of community and the region’s natural beauty, including its forests, lakes, and proximity to the ocean. Haidee is also actively involved in her community through mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters and as a member of Rotary Passport in Rotorua.
