Janice began her career in the insurance industry in 1996 and joined Rothbury in 2026. She works primarily with commercial clients and brings extensive industry knowledge and experience to her role. Janice’s key strengths include her strong knowledge of insurance, her ability to listen carefully to clients, and her skills in presentation and networking. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Insurance Broking and is looking forward to new and exciting opportunities, as well as building long-term relationships with her clients.

Outside of work, Janice enjoys walking her two dogs, getting out on her gravel bike, and cooking. She lives in Martinborough and enjoys being part of its fantastic community and amazing events, and notes that it definitely punches above its weight against other, larger wine regions. Janice is also actively involved locally as Co-Chair of the Martinborough Business Association.

A fun fact about Janice is that she was previously a three-time Women’s World Champion Pipe Band Drummer in Scotland.
