Lorraine joined the insurance industry in 1994 and started with Rothbury in 2016. Having worked for a major direct Insurer in Service and Claims, Lorraine brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is extremely passionate about Claims and works to negotiate good outcomes for her clients. She strives to make the Claims process as easy as possible for her clients and provides expert guidance and support, as well as lots of empathy.
