Luis joined the insurance industry in 2005 and started with Rothbury in 2016. He provides support to his Broker by answering client queries and implementing policy changes. Luis provides a high level of client service and enjoys providing support to his Broker and their clients. He focuses on ensuring tasks are completed well and in a timely fashion. Luis holds a NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).
