Sam began his insurance journey with Rothbury in 2024. With a primary focus on Domestic clients, Sam is known for his creative and lateral thinking and enjoys learning about various aspects of the insurance industry. He has a Conjoint Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Commerce, majoring in Human Resources and Psychology, with minors in Accounting and Education. He is working towards his Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance.

Outside of work, Sam is deeply passionate about football, especially as a devoted Liverpool fan, following many of their matches. Having previously lived and studied in Christchurch, he returned to Auckland to be near friends, family, and his childhood football club. Sam loves giving back by coaching young players and is keen to enhance his skills by pursuing a youth football qualification.
