Tracy started in the insurance industry in 2005 and joined Rothbury in 2023. She has had many years’ experience working for a direct insurer- AMI and took the leap in to the broker world in 2021. Tracy prides herself on listening to the needs of her clients and finding the best fit with the most suitable insurer.

She is friendly and genuinely wants to get to know her clients. She prefers a ​‘plain English’ approach which enables her to offer simplified, efficient service to her clients. Tracy enjoys golf, walking, socialising and spending time with her family and friends, as well as boardgames and tackling the odd jigsaw puzzle!
