Ursula has 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry, including 10 years with Rothbury. She has a dual role as the Branch Manager as well being a Commercial Insurance Broker. Ursula has worked in all areas of insurance from underwriting and claims to broking sales and management. She loves getting to know her clients and finding the right solutions to fit their individual needs.

Ursula is an animal lover and was set to become a racehorse trainer until she ​‘fell into’ insurance. To recharge after a busy day,she takes her dog for a walk or cheers her kids on at their sports games. Ursula is a great baker, loves writing and doing puzzles.
