“Our business has doubled in size over the last year so we’ve had to move to a larger premises to accommodate the team," says Branch Manager Lisa Williamson.

“Being local Insurance Brokers means we’re there on the ground to provide personal face to face service for our clients. We’re deeply ingrained into the Northland community and have a good understanding of local issues and what’s important to our clients.

“Having the right insurance cover is critical. The June Upper North Island tornado and storm lead to widespread damage throughout our region and the floods in July resulted in 220mm of rain beating down on us in just a few short hours. Damage was widespread and we have been managing hundreds of claims. There’s a real sense of accomplishment that comes from being able to see your clients through tough times. It is why we do what we do.

“Our job as local Insurance Brokers is to make sure our clients have the right insurance cover in place so when they do suffer a loss, they’re fully protected, can recover from that loss and get on with their lives. We manage their claim for them and work with the insurer to get them the best possible outcome.”
