Rothbury appoints senior leader to strengthen broking services

Rothbury Insurance Brokers has appointed Charlene Kitching as Head of Broking Services.

The role was created following a review of Business Operations to ensure the support provided to broking branches continues to evolve with the needs of the business. As Head of Broking Services, Charlene is focused on improving how broking services operate across the business, bringing greater consistency and efficiency to how services are delivered - helping ensure clients receive more consistent, dependable support.

This includes simplifying processes and improving how teams work together across the business, creating a more joined-up and consistent approach to supporting brokers nationwide.

Charlene brings 34 years of experience with Aon, spanning broking, branch management and her most recent role as National CPF Manager. Her expertise in insurer policy wordings, underwriter relationships and system change is invaluable as Rothbury continues to evolve its broking services.

Based in Papamoa, Charlene works from Rothbury’s Tauranga office, collaborating with teams across the country. Outside of work, she enjoys family life with her husband and two children — supporting her daughter’s passion for musical theatre and cheering on her son as he completes his final years of school.
