Fiona joined the insurance industry in 1990 and started with Rothbury in 2010. During the Christchurch earthquakes, Fiona worked closely with clients affected to help many get fairer settlements from their Insurers. She is a true advocate for her clients and has a friendly, down to earth approach. Fiona was the recipient of the 2019 Rothbury Claims Adviser of the Year. 

She appreciates Canterbury’s diverse environment of mountains, beaches and history, and likes to unwind after a busy working week by cycling and getting back to nature. She uses her time to further her herbal apprenticeship and create herb oils, syrups and other products to enhance people’s wellbeing.
