Jeremy has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry and joined Rothbury in 2023. His professional background is corporate and commercial insurance broking, starting in UK specialising in sports risks mixing with professional athletes before following his dream and moving to New Zealand in 2004. His NZ career has focused on corporate & commercial account management in Auckland. Jeremy has acquired many specialist skills along the way, including sports clubs, event and athlete risks, new business development and trade credit insurance. Jeremy prides himself on his personable approach and engaging style to fully understand his clients’ needs. He has a BSc(Hons) degree from the UK and most recently completed his NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).

When he’s away from the office, Jeremy is a self-professed golf tragic, looking forward to hitting all the local golf courses. What a lot of people don’t know about him is that his happy place is high above the bush line, tramping many of New Zealand’s high mountain trails. Having just moved down from Auckland, he is looking forward to easier access to South island’s great outdoors! Jeremy and his wife recently took some time out and completed the adventure of a lifetime, ​‘thru hiking’ 4,200km across the US from Mexico to Canada!
