John joined the insurance industry in 1977 and started with Rothbury in 2019. With over 3 decades of experience working for major New Zealand Insurers, John has worked in many different sales and underwriting roles, prior to becoming a Broker. His sole focus is on providing the best possible insurance solutions for his clients so they can rest assured in the fact they will be covered if something should go wrong. 

John loves to explore our beautiful country. He likes mountain biking and hiking along the many wonderful tracks and trails that the Auckland region has to offer. He loves to get away with his family in their campervan. Coaching and refereeing at his son’s football club has also been a passion of his for many years.
