Leon began his insurance career in 1996 and joined Rothbury in 2024. Specialising in Commercial Clients, he values building genuine connections and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Known for his honesty and transparency, Leon creates strong bonds with clients while drawing on his extensive experience in banking, claims, underwriting, and commercial insurance to ensure exceptional service.

Outside of work, Leon enjoys spending time with his family, two Mini Schnauzers, cooking, entertaining friends, learning guitar, and playing golf. He loves Tauranga for its stunning beaches, which he calls his happy place. To recharge, Leon is an active member of Omanu Golf Club.
